The Community Foundation of Huntington County offers the Huntington County Substance Abuse Response Grant 2025 to support initiatives addressing substance abuse, particularly opioid use disorder, through prevention, intervention, and treatment programs. This grant seeks to fund evidence-based practices, community engagement, and sustainable strategies that improve outcomes in substance use disorder management. Eligibility is limited to governmental departments and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that can demonstrate alignment with the Indiana Attorney General’s Opioid Remediation Use Guidelines and provide evidence of expertise in substance abuse prevention, intervention, or treatment. Applicants must also show a commitment to comprehensive wrap-around services and measurable impact in combating substance abuse in Huntington County.
