Hutsell, Alan Scholarship Fund

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County offers the Hutsell, Alan Scholarship, a one-time $500 award (one recipient annually) for a high school senior from Central Noble, East Noble, Wawasee, West Noble, or a homeschooled student residing in Noble County who will pursue advanced education in emergency services (fire, police, criminal justice, and/or EMS); preference is given to West Noble High School seniors. Award funds may be used for tuition, books, and academic fees at any accredited college or university; housing and personal living expenses are ineligible. Eligible applicants must be high school seniors meeting the residency/school criteria and planning study in an eligible emergency-services field. Apply via the Community Foundation of Noble County Scholarship Apply Portal (GrantInterface)—create or log in, take the Eligibility Quiz to be matched, complete matched scholarship applications and the CFNC Main Application (essays, references, activities), and submit all materials by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
