Impact Awards for Startups Commercializing Already Approved Therapies

Cures Within Reach offers Impact Awards to startups commercializing already approved drugs, devices, or other therapies for new uses or unmet diseases. Awards fund milestone-based, value-enhancing projects and are structured as SAFE equity investments to help de-risk product development and advance regulatory, clinical, reimbursement, or business milestones.

Applications are by invitation only, and eligible companies must have raised at least $250,000 from non-founder, non-management, and non-friends-and-family investors. Applicants must provide a minimum 100% cash match and propose a clearly defined project conducted with a third-party organization or service provider.
