Indiana Humanities Mini-Grants

About this program

Indiana Humanities offers Mini-Grants of up to $1,000 to tax‑exempt organizations to support public-facing humanities programs—such as workshops, lectures, reading/discussion series, exhibitions, podcasts, or films—on topics like history, literature, archaeology, ethics, philosophy, and world cultures. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are due the last day of each month; applicants are notified within four weeks and projects must begin upon notification and be completed within one year. Eligible applicants are tax‑exempt organizations proposing programs that are open to the public and explicitly use the humanities for community engagement, with application submitted via the online portal.
