About this program
The Elk County Community Foundation offers the Inez Bull Piano Scholarship, honoring Dr. Inez Stewart Bull's passion for music and her Norwegian heritage. This scholarship supports music education and Norwegian-American relations. Applicants must be graduates of specific high schools and pursuing a music degree, with preference for piano majors and those connected to the Ole Bull Music Festival. Financial need is a key consideration, and one scholarship is awarded annually.
