The Kentucky State Parks Foundation Education Fund at Blue Grass Community Foundation offers the Inside Out Education Field Trip Grant Program to support K-12 schools in funding student field trips to Kentucky's State Parks and Historic Sites. Grants of up to $1,000 for day trips and $2,000 for overnight experiences cover expenses such as transportation, admission fees, and meals. Eligible applicants include K-12 educators/administrators in Kentucky and registered homeschool collectives, who must have initiated contact with the intended park/site and outline specific educational objectives aligned with academic standards.
