About this program
The Rapides Foundation offers the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Assessment and Planning Grant to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to evaluate and improve the integration of behavioral health services into primary care. This grant aims to enhance access and quality for patients with behavioral health conditions, with a focus on assessing current practices and identifying improvement areas.
Eligible applicants are FQHCs, both public and private nonprofit organizations, serving patients in the Rapides Foundation Service Area. Organizations that have previously participated in the IBH Assessment and Planning Grant are not eligible for this round.
