About this program

Eli Lilly and Company considers external Investigator‑Initiated Research (IIR) requests for provision of Lilly study drug and/or financial support, assessing proposals for scientific merit and strategic fit via global medical and scientific review committees. Submissions begin with a concise concept (≤2,000 characters) and, if in scope, progress to a detailed proposal, protocol and study‑readiness activities; initial feedback is provided within 10 business days. Applicants must be health‑care or research professionals aged 18+ and indicate study type (interventional or preclinical), whether drug, samples or funding are requested, therapeutic area, compound and country. By submitting investigators consent to Lilly’s privacy and data processing terms, and clinical studies require full protocol, contracting, ethics approval and logistics for drug dispensing if supported.
