About this program

Braeburn Inc.'s Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT) Program provides funding and/or medicinal product to support investigator-led research that advances medical and scientific knowledge about Braeburn's long-acting injectable buprenorphine and related disease states. Priority areas include use in underserved or non-traditional treatment settings and hard-to-reach or high-risk populations, and studies evaluating treatment outcomes such as real-world evidence, quality-of-life and patient-reported outcomes, health economic analyses, and relevant clinical endpoints. Eligible applicants are independent investigators with proposals that align to Braeburn's stated research interests; submissions are subject to the company's review, approval, and disclosure requirements and may include provision of study drug in addition to financial support.
