ISHLT Cardiogenic Shock Research Grant

About this program

The International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT), supported by Johnson & Johnson MedTech Heart Recovery, offers one or more two-year grants of up to $140,000 for research on cardiogenic shock, temporary mechanical circulatory support, native heart recovery, and predictive modeling. The program targets rising-star junior faculty and clinician-scientists seeking to advance careers in cardiogenic shock research. Applicants must hold or be entering an academic or clinical appointment at an accredited institution, work in an active cardiogenic shock program, and be current ISHLT members or submit a membership application by September 30. Employees of Johnson & Johnson MedTech and applicants with undeclared substantial conflicts of interest are ineligible.
