Issaquah Historic Property Grants (Bricks-and-mortar historic building grant program)

The Washington Trust for Historic Preservation, in partnership with the City of Issaquah, offers the final round of the Issaquah Historic Property Grants, providing matching funds up to $42,011 for the rehabilitation of landmarked historic buildings within the city. Applicants must match at least 50% of the grant amount with cash or in-kind contributions, and projects must be completed by December 31, 2023. Eligibility is limited to owners of properties designated as landmarks or determined eligible for landmark status within the City of Issaquah, with designation required before funding disbursement. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until funds are depleted.
