Jetton Charitable Fund

About this program

The Jetton Charitable Fund, administered by the Omaha Community Foundation, provides programmatic grants to support school-age youth exposure to cultural education—prioritizing performing and visual arts—and educational programs in natural science, technology, zoology, botany, and history. Eligible applicants are public 501(c)(3) nonprofits with at least five years of operation that allocate at least 75% of their annual operating budget to program delivery, serve the general population (minimum 1,000 students annually), and comply with the fund’s nondiscrimination policy; previous grantees may reapply if required evaluation reports have been submitted. Grants of $20,000 and up are awarded primarily to organizations in the Omaha metropolitan area (with possible consideration for Lincoln, statewide Nebraska, or southwest Iowa under special circumstances); applications are submitted online each year from June 1–July 15 and awards are announced in September.
