KWF, in partnership with NRG PALLAS, FAST and Oncode Institute and funded by Health~Holland, is launching the Lead4Life PPP Call 2026 to strengthen non-exclusive availability and clinical applicability of lead‑212 (Pb‑212) via two pillars: (1) Pb‑212 production and supply chain and (2) enabling technologies for clinical introduction (radiochemistry, chelators, targeting‑molecule optimisation, dosimetry/imaging, QC, safety and infrastructure). The total PPP subsidy budget is €5,000,000 (€3M for production/supply; €2M for enabling technologies) with indicative awards of €500,000–€2,000,000 per project; the subsidy will cover 40–60% of project costs, so matched co‑funding is required. Eligible applicants are public–private partnership consortia proposing projects strictly aligned to one of the two pillars; out‑of‑scope are full therapeutic product development/regulatory approval, clinical trials (Phase I–III), target‑discovery or indication‑driven therapeutic programs, non‑Pb‑212 projects, and exclusivity‑based supply models. Proposals must be submitted via the KWF Grant Management System, will be assessed by an independent expert committee with PACO review of Dutch summaries and patient participation, and selected projects must participate in Lead4Life governance and the national TRT innovation network (matchmaking/pitch session 8 April 2026; enquiries: pps@kwf.nl).
