Learning Links (mini grants for public school teachers)

The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina offers Learning Links Mini Grants of up to $1,000 to support public school teachers in implementing creative, hands-on learning projects. These grants aim to enhance student engagement and academic success through innovative teaching methods aligned with the curriculum. Eligibility is limited to public school teachers in specific Western North Carolina counties, including Avery, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Jackson, Macon, Madison, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, and Swain. Applicants must submit detailed project plans, budgets, and implementation specifics, with projects taking place between January 1 and June 1, 2025, and funds expended by June 1.
