About this program

The Levitt Foundation’s Levitt BLOC Music Series Grant provides up to $120,000 to U.S. nonprofit organizations to support free, outdoor, lawn-style music series that activate underused public spaces, broaden access to high‑caliber performances, and generate social and economic impact. Applicants must be U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations located in the same town, city, or county as the proposed series and must demonstrate a track record of presenting concerts/events or partner with an organization that has such experience. Proposed series must be free, family-friendly, multi-genre, easily accessible in a lawn-like setting, meet an annual matching funds requirement, and comply with distance restrictions from existing or developing Levitt venues (specific mile-radius exclusions and city exceptions apply). Recipients receive programmatic support (best practices, toolkits, trainings); applications are open through June 30, 2026, with registration and details available on the Levitt website.
