Masciantonio Diversity Award

About this program

The Classical Association of the Middle West and South (CAMWS) offers the Masciantonio Diversity Award to support participation and professional development in the classical studies profession, particularly for individuals who have faced barriers to full academic participation. Applicants are encouraged to describe relevant life circumstances, identity-based barriers, and current career plans; submitting a paper or being a CAMWS member is not required. Applications must include a CV or résumé, personal statement, transcripts, and contact information for two recommenders, with an official transcript required from award recipients.
