Michele Panuccio Memorial Grant — Field research on raptor migration and conservation in Europe

About this program

Raptor Research Foundation's Michele Panuccio Memorial Grant provides up to $3,500 (plus waived page charges in the Journal of Raptor Research) to support field research on raptor migration and conservation in the European region and is awarded annually on scientific merit. Applicants must be young researchers (no more than 35 years old) conducting relevant field work in Europe. Required materials are a cover letter stating motivations, objectives and expected outcomes; CV; a proposal of up to five pages (background/justification, objectives and methods, detailed budget, list of other funding requested/received, expected results) with literature cited on one page; and a photograph (preferably in the field); applications are in English.
