Michigan Physician Investigator Research Award

About this program

The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation provides research grants to support physicians in Michigan who are dedicated to investigating critical health issues, health disparities, and social determinants of health. With a focus on improving healthcare access, quality, and cost, the foundation accepts applications year-round, with reviews conducted three times annually. To be eligible, physicians must be based in Michigan and represent a nonprofit organization, and they are required to submit a concept paper at least 60 days prior to the grant review deadline to be considered for funding of up to $10,000.
