Milestones to a Cure

About this program

The National Psoriasis Foundation’s Milestones to a Cure program funds bold, high‑impact research that defines pivotal mechanistic, clinical, and translational questions needed to achieve a cure for psoriatic disease, prioritizing work on durable remission, immune memory, biomarkers of ongoing activity, comorbidities, and personalized restoration of immune homeostasis. Independent investigators eligible to serve as principal investigators at their host institutions may request up to $250,000 per year (maximum total budget $500,000 including up to 10% indirect costs) for a two‑year project covering May 1, 2026–April 30, 2028. Letters of intent are due August 31, 2026; full proposals are due December 1, 2026; award notifications are anticipated March 1, 2027, with awards beginning May 1, 2027.
