Ocean View Memorial Foundation Scholarship Grants

About this program

Ocean View Memorial Foundation awards roughly $100,000 annually in tuition grants to Grand Strand community residents pursuing two- to four-year undergraduate study, providing up to $2,500 per year or up to $10,000 over four years. Grants prioritize students entering health sciences (nursing, premed, radiology, and other health care fields) but are open to any accredited discipline. Applicants must be Grand Strand residents accepted to an accredited college or university, submit a complete application including requested financial data by April 1 (incomplete applications will not be considered), and will be notified by May 15; the Board’s decision is final. Continued funding requires maintaining a B average and enrolling at least 15 credit hours per semester (or 30 hours annually in trimester programs).
