About this program
The Society of American Archivists Foundation funds the Oliver Wendell Holmes Travel Award to support international archivists who are currently training or studying in the United States or Canada in attending the SAA Annual Meeting; the award includes a certificate and a $1,000 cash prize. Eligible applicants must not be U.S. or Canadian citizens or permanent residents and must be currently training or studying in the U.S. or Canada. Applications are due annually by February 28, with materials available on the SAA website, and recipients are selected by an SAA awards subcommittee.
