Organizational Development Grants

About this program

The Community Foundation for Monterey County offers Organizational Development (OD) Grants to support strategic projects that enhance the resilience and growth of Monterey County nonprofits. Grants range from $5,000 to $10,000 and focus on non-recurring management or leadership initiatives. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, fiscally-sponsored groups, and occasionally, unincorporated public benefit organizations serving Monterey County residents, provided they are current on reporting for past CFMC grants. Applications are accepted year-round, with decisions typically made within two months of submission.
