About this program
The David and Lucile Packard Foundation offers Packard Fellowships for Science and Engineering to support outstanding early-career faculty in science and engineering. Each year, invited universities may submit two nominations, with fellowship awards announced October 15 following review by the Fellowship Advisory Panel and Foundation Board of Trustees. Applicants must be nominated by an invited institution and submit an online application and four reference letters by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on April 20.
