PES Junior Faculty Research Grants

About this program

The Pediatric Endocrine Society (PES) offers Junior Faculty Research Grants to promote early-career research development among academic pediatric endocrinologists, providing up to $50,000 in total costs for one year, with possible renewal for a second year. Eligible applicants are PES members in good standing who have completed at least two years of pediatric endocrinology fellowship and will complete training within three years of the award start date, or faculty at no higher than the assistant professor rank, with an MD, DO, or equivalent degree. Applications require a research plan, career development plan, NIH biosketch, detailed budget, and letters from a division chief or sponsor and an established research mentor.
