PFA Course Funding

About this program

The PFA Personal Development Department offers funding contributions for accredited academic and vocational qualifications to current PFA members, with a lifetime funding limit of £7,500. University bursaries are available (apply at the start of or within each academic year) of up to £1,250 per year for full‑time study (part‑time pro‑rata), while grants for other accredited courses typically cover up to 50% of fees (annual maximum £2,000) and are paid on course completion. Applicants must be current PFA members; bursary applications require an official signed university enrolment letter and evidence of any loans/scholarships, and grant claims must be submitted within six months of completion with a certificate of achievement and proof of the member’s payment contribution. Members registered as unemployed and receiving Universal Credit may be eligible for enhanced assistance, and some courses receive enhanced funding; apply and upload required scanned documents via the member sign‑in links or contact the education team for details.
