Pharmacy Vouchers - Community Foundation of Dunn County

About this program

The Community Foundation of Dunn County offers pharmacy vouchers through the Cammie B. Johnson Diabetic Care Fund and the Garding Against Cancer Fund to help underserved and uninsured residents of Dunn County and surrounding areas obtain diabetes- and cancer-related medications. Vouchers of up to $500 each (limit two per applicant per year) are issued and invoiced to the respective fund and may be redeemed at participating local pharmacies, including The Medicine Shoppe (Menomonie), Mayo Clinic Health System–Red Cedar Pharmacy (Menomonie), Colfax Health Mart (Colfax), and Spring Valley Drug (Spring Valley). Eligible applicants must be residents in or near Dunn County who demonstrate difficulty accessing medications due to low income, lack of insurance, gaps in coverage, or unaffordable out‑of‑pocket costs; the diabetic fund serves those with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes and the cancer fund serves patients facing barriers to accessing cancer medications.
