About this program
The APhA Foundation, in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control, offers the Practice Advancement Grant to support partnerships between pharmacies and public health programs aimed at improving vaccination services and reducing disparities in communities with low vaccine confidence. Funding is provided as a $1,000 honorarium to enhance immunization referral practices at the community pharmacy level. Eligible applicants include pharmacies and public health entities focused on communities where vaccine confidence is low. Applications for 2024 are now closed.
