PSC Partners Research Grants

About this program

PSC Partners and its affiliate PSC Partners Canada offer annual research grants for novel basic or clinical studies addressing primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and closely associated diseases, including inflammatory bowel diseases and cholangiocarcinoma. The program supports promising investigators and projects intended to generate data for subsequent NIH or international funding; recent awards include up to $100,000 for Young Investigator Awards and $75,000 for Standard Seed Grants. Applicants must propose an important, innovative PSC-related research question, with awards selected through review by the Scientific Medical Advisory Committee, community reviewers, and the PSC Partners Board. Recipients must provide a lay summary, progress reports, and a final report, with second-year funding contingent on successful first-year progress.
