RayStation Treatment Planning Grant

About this program

Offered by the AAMD Education and Research Foundation, the RayStation Treatment Planning Grant is a scholarship for individuals involved in treatment planning (administered in partnership with RaySearch). Applications are submitted online and require short-answer essays (300-word limit), three letters of recommendation (one each from work, school, and community), an official transcript, and an Enrollment Verification Form if currently a student; recommenders must upload wet-signed LORs on official letterhead if in service and include their designation and personal phone number. Applicants must be AAMD members in good standing, may not be employees of an industry competitor, must not have previously received this grant, and non‑customers of RaySearch must sign a non‑disclosure agreement. Recommenders receive automated upload instructions and both applicants and recommenders receive weekly reminders until all materials are received.
