About this program
The Research Corporation for Science Advancement (RCSA) funds the RCSA Fellows program, a multi‑year, cohort-based professional-development initiative that helps postdoctoral researchers prepare for and transition to tenure‑track faculty careers through job-search coaching, mock interviews, and sustained mentoring. RCSA provides travel support for mock-interview sites and the annual cohort meeting, dependent-care reimbursement for those events, additional professional-development programming, and individualized one‑on‑one support. Candidates must be nominated and complete an application, and Fellows are expected to actively engage in programming while balancing their postdoctoral responsibilities. The application cycle opens July 2026, with nominator materials due September 2026 and nominee application materials due October 2026.
