About this program
The Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR) is offering grants of up to $150,000 USD in direct costs for 18 months to support innovative research advancing the understanding and treatment of Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Funding priorities include genotype-phenotype studies, neurobiology of hunger and cognition, clinical care, and therapeutics development. Eligibility is open to Principal Investigators with a primary faculty appointment at the level of Instructor or higher, including junior faculty, established investigators new to PWS research, and those seeking pilot funding in new areas. FPWR encourages high-risk/high-reward projects and welcomes international applications.
