Roesler, Max and Elizabeth Memorial Scholarship Fund

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County’s Roesler, Max and Elizabeth Memorial Scholarship Fund awards three one-time $1,500 scholarships annually to support non-traditional students (age 25+) who are residents of Noble County, Indiana and are enrolled in or beginning college, university, or trade school programs, including retraining due to workplace changes. Applicants may attend full- or part-time and pursue any field of study at accredited U.S. institutions; awarded funds cover tuition, books, and academic fees but not housing. Eligible applicants must be 25 or older at the time of application, reside in Noble County, and submit the CFNC Main Application via the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal (GrantInterface) with required essays, references, activities, and supporting documents by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM. Recipients receive an acceptance form in early June to facilitate payment, may request deferment by contacting the scholarship team, and may reapply in future cycles.
