About this program
The Greater Fayette Community Foundation’s Rural Community Health Fund provides grants of up to $25,000 to advance health equity and well-being in rural central Texas through resident engagement, leadership development, strategic innovation, nonprofit capacity building or formation, and participatory grantmaking. Eligible applicants must have a physical address or provide services to residents of Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, or Williamson counties. Applicants may be 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing, collaboratives with a 501(c)(3) lead organization, or resident-led and grassroots initiatives; applications are due June 30, 2027.
