Sanofi-Regeneron Mechanisms of Type 2 Inflammation Mid-career Award

The Dermatology Foundation, with support from Sanofi and Regeneron, offers the Mechanisms of Type 2 Inflammation Mid-career Award to advance basic, clinical, or translational research on dermatological conditions involving type 2 inflammation. Applications for the 2027 cycle open in October 2026 and are due December 1, 2026. Eligible applicants are mid-career investigators within 12 years of appointment as an assistant professor, holding an MD, MD/PhD, DO, or PhD and a primary faculty appointment in an accredited dermatology department. Applicants must devote at least 75% of their time to research, demonstrate relevant training and a strong research commitment, conduct the project in the United States under an ACGME-approved dermatology department, and not hold other Dermatology Foundation support at funding.
