The Society for Consumer Psychology (SCP) administers the Schumann Dissertation Award to recognize and provide scholarly feedback on the top doctoral dissertation in consumer psychology; it is SCP’s highest honor for doctoral students and confers an award/prize and recognition (monetary amount not specified). Eligible applicants are doctoral students whose dissertation is in consumer psychology and has NOT been defended at the time of submission, and must be current SCP members. Submissions are accepted via an online form and are due annually on October 15, with the winner and a runner-up announced at the SCP Annual Conference Awards Luncheon.
