Secondary Data Analysis (Hope Foundation for Cancer Research / SWOG)

About this program

Hope Foundation for Cancer Research’s Secondary Data Analysis program provides SWOG researchers with funded statistical support (led by SWOG biostatistician Joseph Unger, PhD) to conduct database analyses using SWOG clinical-trial data alone or linked with registries or claims for multi-disease, epidemiologic, and translational studies aimed at improving cancer outcomes and reducing disparities. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis (ongoing) under the NCTN/NCORP Data Archive secondary analysis RFA. Eligibility is limited to investigators affiliated with a SWOG member institution and requires submission of the prescribed application materials (name, institution, proposed project title and full supporting documents as a single PDF, max 50 MB); incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
