Skills Development Grants (travel, conference attendance, laboratory stays)

About this program

Bone Cancer Research Trust (BCRT) operates a rolling Skills Development Grants scheme offering up to £3,000 to support UK-based primary bone cancer researchers to present at recognised national or international conferences or to undertake laboratory stays for research projects or skills development. Funding may cover conference registration, accommodation, travel and, for lab stays, travel, accommodation and research expenses; applications are considered on an ongoing basis by BCRT’s Skills Development Grants committee. Eligible applicants must be based at a recognised UK institution and conduct primary bone cancer research; applicants at any career stage are welcome, with early-career researchers particularly encouraged.
