Student Conference Award Application

About this program

The National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA), through member and sponsor donations, offers Student Conference Awards to support student participation in its upcoming Annual Conference. Awards cover annual student membership, conference registration, and reimbursement of eligible travel expenses up to $1,000. Applicants must be graduate students pursuing a hearing conservation-related degree, enrolled at least half-time at an accredited institution, and have completed at least two semesters of graduate study. Applications, including a personal statement of no more than 300 words and a recommendation letter, are due December 15, 2026; previous recipients and students concurrently applying for an SRA are ineligible.
