Tactile Medical Cancer Rehabilitation Research Grant

About this program

The Foundation for PM&R, with support from Tactile Medical, offers a research grant for studies addressing physiatric rehabilitation for individuals with cancer-related disability, with preference for outcomes or comparative effectiveness research. The award is presented at the American Academy of PM&R Annual Assembly and may support dissemination of the recipient’s work. Applicants or at least one co-investigator must belong to AAPM&R or the Association of Academic Physiatrists, and applications must include a project statement, anticipated outcomes, budget, institutional support letter, and CV. Applications are due May 1 through the Foundation’s online portal, with indirect costs limited to 10%.
