About this program
The ASE Foundation (American Society of Echocardiography Foundation) offers the annual Tatum Global Health Travel Grant, a $1,500 award to support travel for a cardiologist or sonographer working in pediatric and congenital heart disease to participate in an ASEF outreach event for the first time. The grant was established in memory of ASE member Gregory H. Tatum, MD, FASE to encourage and support global health work. Eligible applicants must be first-time participants in an ASEF outreach event and apply via the global health event volunteer application form; awards are made annually.
