The Chip Bishop Fellowship

About this program

The Biographers International Organization’s Chip Bishop Fellowship provides up to $2,000 for travel and related expenses, including child care, to help aspiring biographers attend the annual BIO Conference; conference registration is also waived or reimbursed. Applicants must be working toward publishing their first biography and may be BIO members or non-members. Applications, including responses about conference experience, attendance goals, current biographical work, and income sources, are due April 1.
