The Edmond J. Safra Fellowship in Movement Disorders

The Michael J. Fox Foundation, in collaboration with the Edmond J. Safra Foundation, offers 10 two-year fellowships of $180,000 each to expand the global community of movement-disorder clinician-researchers specializing in Parkinson’s disease and related conditions. Funding supports fellow stipends, benefits, travel, coursework, conferences, and other relevant training, with applications due December 3, 2026, at 5 p.m. U.S. ET. Academic centers worldwide are eligible to apply and must identify and train a new fellow; funds cannot support fellows already enrolled or selected, and indirect costs are not allowable. Previously funded centers may apply except those funded in the most recent round or currently training an Edmond J. Safra Fellow.
