Stark Community Foundation’s Judge and Mrs. Robert D. Horowitz Legal Scholarship Fund provides renewable scholarships to support high school graduates from Stark, Columbiana, Carroll, Tuscarawas, Wayne, or Holmes counties, Ohio who are pursuing a juris doctorate (JD).
