About this program
The Dental Trade Alliance Foundation, in partnership with the Benco Family Foundation, offers the Lawrence and Sally Cohen Endowed Scholarship Fund to support aspiring dental hygienists, with awards of up to $10,000. Applications open in October and close March 30. Applicants must be accepted into an in-person, two-year dental hygiene program, demonstrate financial need and commitment to the profession, and come from an underrepresented community or background. Applicants must also submit a digital application, including a short video describing their background and journey to dental hygiene.
