Thomas Ritsche Youth Grants

About this program

The Central Minnesota Community Foundation’s Thomas A. Ritsche for Youth Fund provides $5,000–$10,000 grants for youth-related programs, projects, or operational support that benefit residents of Stearns, Benton, and/or Sherburne Counties. Priority is given to initiatives that reduce crime against youth or by youth, create sustainable positive impacts, and strengthen connections across generations, cultures, and diverse communities. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, schools, and government entities; individuals, political organizations, religious activities, completed projects, multi-year requests, and event sponsorships are generally ineligible. Applications open April 1, 2027, and are due May 31 at 11:59 p.m. via the CommunityGiving Grant Management System.
