About this program
Community Foundation of Noble County offers the VanMeter, Dr. David and Alvena Jr. Scholarship Fund, a one-time $1,500 award for a Central Noble High School senior enrolling full-time in a two- or four-year college or accredited vocational program; award funds may be used for tuition, books, and academic fees (not housing). Applicants must have a high school GPA of at least 3.50, with preference (in order) for students pursuing careers in animal science, agriculture, nursing, medical or dental fields, or physical health sciences. Apply via the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal (GrantInterface) by creating an account, completing the eligibility quiz to be matched, finishing matched applications and the CFNC Main Application (three essays, references, activities), and submitting all materials by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
