Washington Square Health Foundation Grant Application

About this program

Washington Square Health Foundation offers grants supporting community health care programs, research, and equipment purchases, with funding requests eligible for up to three years. Applicants must submit a complete online application with annual project budgets and justification, the full-project budget when applicable, recent audited or financial statements, and an updated “Principles for Community Health Care” report with required statistics. Applications must identify the appropriate support category and address additional requirements, including IRB information for research and purchase orders or requisitions for equipment requests. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on December 1 for the January/February meeting or June 1 for the July/August meeting.
