Water and Wastewater Loans

About this program

Communities Unlimited, in partnership with the Rural Community Assistance Partnership, provides loans of up to $750,000 for water and wastewater projects in rural communities. These loans aim to support essential infrastructure improvements, ensuring access to safe drinking water and efficient wastewater disposal. Eligible applicants include nonprofit corporations, local governments, and sovereign nations serving low-income communities with populations of 20,000 or less, and they must demonstrate the financial capacity to service the debt.
