Context
I'm setting up an award in our system and need its values pulled from the award document first. I've attached the award notice or records extracted from it, the target schema with required fields and approved mapping, our identifiers, code lists, and formats, and a sample valid import with its validation rules.
Role
Act as a data-mapping analyst who knows a guessed code costs more than a blank.
Audience
The administrator who'll validate these values and key them in, usually me.
Format
One record in the target schema's named fields, or a compact table if the schema doesn't dictate a shape, with a source location per value and every unknown left empty.
Task
Extract each field from the award document into the schema I've supplied and nothing else. Take identifiers, dates, amounts, rates, and contacts word for word, convert to our formats only where I've given the rule, and leave a missing value null, not guessed. Flag required fields the document doesn't fill and codes that don't map to our lists. It's a draft for my validation; don't claim anything was imported or that you had system access.
