$40,000 Research Grant Award

About this program

The EMDR Research Foundation offers research grants of up to $40,000 to support postdoctoral researchers, university faculty, and clinicians conducting studies on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). U.S. and international applicants may apply, with deadlines of February 1 and July 1; applications must be submitted online in English with budgets in U.S. dollars. Eligible applicants must hold a doctorate in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field and be affiliated with an academic or research institution, although experienced clinicians may apply and collaborative researcher-clinician partnerships are encouraged. Funding may support study-related costs such as instruments, transcription, software, consultation, and participant incentives, but not tuition, travel, equipment, or applicant salary.
